Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refunds

Summary

You can cancel your membership at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
As a consumer in the EU you have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. Because NoelleHUB gives you immediate access to digital content, this right expires as soon as access starts, if you have expressly agreed to this when subscribing (see below).
Payments already made are therefore not refunded, except where the law requires it or we decide otherwise as a goodwill gesture.

Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (NoelleHUB, Niklas Noetzel, c/o IP-Management #3628, Ludwig-Erhard-Str. 18, 20459 Hamburg, Germany, info@noellehub.org) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance of the contract, after you have

expressly consented that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period,
acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and
received a confirmation of the contract from us that records this consent and acknowledgement (§ 356(5) BGB).

We ask for this consent and acknowledgement when you start your membership or free trial. Access to the library starts immediately afterwards, and you receive a confirmation by email.

Free trial

First-time members can test the full library free of charge for 1 day. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged anything. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the paid monthly membership starts automatically. The expiry of the right of withdrawal does not limit your right to cancel; it only means that a month that has already been paid is not refunded. The membership contract, and with it the withdrawal period, begins when you start the trial.

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time without notice period, effective at the end of the current billing month. Until then you keep full access. To cancel, use “Cancel membership” at the bottom of every page (no login needed), the link in your account, or write to info@noellehub.org. You receive a confirmation by email. There is no refund for the remaining days of a billing month already started.

Licence

With your membership you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the content for your own exam preparation for the duration of the membership. Sharing your account, or copying, publishing or reselling content, is not permitted.
